We are still moving right along and just wanted to touch base. Tomorrow we will be in contact with our printer to get delivery dates of the last couple books (adventure modules). We did have delay in getting these in as we made some adjustments to the maps - we had them completely redone. Our printer is local, so we are confident these will be ready for pick up very soon and we don't have to deal with shipping to us.
After we get our drop dead date from the printer, we can better set our shipping schedule which is tentatively about 10 days from now. Our other goal is to send out all the PDFs next weekend. We will post a specific update about PDFs later this week so you know exactly how and when they will be delivered.
In the meantime, we have attached a few more sample pages from the Player Guide.

As we move along, we wanted to just touch base and let you all know things are nearing completion as a whole. Right now we are wrapping up the last couple modules - final layout, editing, and general clean-up.
All of the boxes have arrived - the game box and shipping boxes, dice, and all but two of the modules.
We are working very hard to wrap up the last of this, but we also want everything to be as perfect as we can deliver, so while we do understand the desire to receive the rewards, we would rather take few extra days to make sure these last few items are right. That said, we expect to have the remaining books to the printer by next Monday (local for us) and will have them ready for shipping within a week of that date.
I the meantime, we will get the PDFs ready for disbursement. This will happen all at once.
We will post another update in the next day or two with some final screen shots.

Boxes, Dice, Modules and Things

As we march ever forward to fulfillment, we wanted to drop in a quick update. Physical rewards are arriving and Pacesetter HQ and we expect the remaining pieces to arrive over the next 10 days. This puts us around two weeks out, giver or take few days, of shipping ALL rewards.
We were hoping to get this out a bit faster, but we had a bit of SNAFU with Backerkit and we decided to extend that effort. That put some of our orders a bit behind because we did not have final numbers. Rest assured, all is moving forward and we are in great shape to get this project out shortly.
Thank you all for backing this project and showing us so much excitement! We know you will like the set and look forward to talking with you as you get a chance to read and play this wonderful game. We have lots more in store for BX and we can't thank you enough for showing this support.
PDFs will go live about one week before mailing; so about 7-10 days.
Modified backerkit for PDF backers goes live this coming weekend.
Thanks again and we will continue to update as more boxes keep showing up! For now, we have included a pic of the pile.
Closing Out Backer Kit

For those of you receiving physical rewards, we are closing out Backerkit Thursday, June 13 at midnight EST. If you have not completed Backerkit - AND receiving physical rewards - please do so by then.
You can use the following link if you are not finding the Backerkit email.

If you are a PDF-only backer, we are setting up a section on our website to handle your pledge and PDF rewards. This should be completed in the next 10 days (or so). When ready, you can just go to our website, select your pledge item and check out. You will have a coupon code, delivered via an update and email. Enter the code at check out. Your PDFs will automatically be delivered. You can also select add-ons at the same time.
Alternatively, if you not looking for an add-on (again, PDF-backers), we will be sending your PDFs via email. You do not have to go through our website.
Also, all add-on prices remain the same as offered through backerkit.

Gnome Level Backers, Backerkit

A note on Backerkit. All gnome level backers were not sent a link to backerkit. For some reason, it defaulted out of digital backers. We will contact Backerkit to see if we can resolve this some way. If not, we will run this through our website.
We are NOT distributing PDFs via backerkit so this really is not an issue for fulfillment. It is an issue if you wanted to purchase add-ons or if you are using an email NOT registered through Kickstarter.
Again, if we can't correct this via backerkit, we will solve this through our website. If you were not planning on purchasing any add-ons, you really don't need to do anything. We have all the fulfillment info from Kickstarter.
For those of you that purchased physical items through the campaign, please go to backerkit and complete the process. As of right now the are approximately 20 backers who have not completed backerkit.
