Dungeon Guide and other PDFs

A quick notice we will be sending the Dungeon Guide and remaining modules out via BackerKit over the next 24-48 hours. I will post when each tier has been sent. I need to spend a couple more hours on Temple of Mercy this evening and that should be that. Then finish uploading to BackerKit and put to you.
I am still having trouble getting the Dungeon Guide file size down for our website so as soon as I get that done, I will update. Regardless, it will go through BackerKit which is way more forgiving on that.
Again, my sincere apologies for the delays and we are eagerly anticipating the rest of the physical books being printed - looking like next week for pick up. We are prepped and ready to ship the minute the arrive at Pacesetter central.

Dungeon Guide!

Well, we are about to cross that finish line. The Dungeon Guide, after some serious delay is finally complete as of this evening. I was hoping to have it to the printer last week, but some additional last minute tweaks and edits were still not done. It will be at the printer first thing tomorrow; they are expecting it as I spoke with them Friday. After they get a good look at it Monday, they will contact me with production schedule. I have been with them for years and they know I am eager to get the books. I will let you know the delivery date as soon as I have it. They typically can turn something like this around in a week or so. I am now - literally as I take a moment to post this - making adjustments for PDF distribution. I have clean up file size, adjust covers. The files that go to printer are not the same as the base PDF. At the very least, I will make a “draft” version available on our website tonight for backers only. The formal distribution through BackerKit will go tomorrow night or Tuesday. I just want to make sure we don’t have the formatting issue we had with the Player Guide.
I was also asked to review the reward tiers. I will make it a point to do so over the bext day or two.
ALL OF THE PDFS THAT REMAIN WILL BE OUT BY OF THE WEEK.
We expect to ship physical books week of Thanksgiving or sooner if I have the books.

A little catching up

First off, we want to let you know we are still working through the last bit of the KS projects. In short, the Dungeon Guide just was not what it needed to be. It has simply taken significantly more time to get it where we want it to be than originally planned; and if fact, what we thought was our finished product, was not up to our expectation. In short, it needed more.
It seems the more I worked on the book, the more revisions I made. It really took on somewhat of a life of its own, but in the end, I know you will have a solid rule book. And that is what is most important to us here at Pacesetter. We apologize for the delay in getting the book out so we can ship the rest, but it will be here soon and we are ready to ship. I will have a solid date this week as we work with our printer.
I will also work on getting the last few PDFs up for distribution.
Lastly, we will work very hard to be more prompt with updates over the next week to keep you completely informed on our timeline. I have included a sample page of the Dungeon Guide in this update.

It looks like we may have a fix for all digital pledge levels. It requires us to go in a manually invite to the backerkit project. we just ran a test and it worked. This will be done throughout the day and evening. We will post another update when complete. That should get us right!
You will be able to make your pledge selection, purchase add-ons, etc If you decide to change or add a physical reward, make sure you include your mailing address. I can’t tell from looking via my phone if it requires it like the physical reward backers.
A quick update. We did send a second Player’s Guide PDF out via BackerKit. The newest will say Player’s Guide “#”. # = a number 1,2,3 or 4. We are continuing to work on some issues with backers not getting the BackerKit emails. Again, sorry for the problem.

For some reason the Player's Guide has two transposed pages at the beginning of the book. We are re-sending the PDF through backerkit. I know this means you will have three to choose from for download, but we can't delete them once sent.
ALL DIGITAL BACKERS are now part of Backerkit. We have sent invitations to all and many have already completed surveys. When you do this, you get access to PDFs and add-ons. Thanks again and our apologies for the initial problem. Our thanks to Backerkit for helping us get it fixed.
Also, more PDFs coming to Backerkit this evening.
