A Revised Dungeon Guide

Dungeon Guide: Might as well start with the issue at hand. The Dungeon Guide is being resent via PDF and physical copy to all backers. We are aware that it has several omissions and errors. Therefore, we are providing a new copy to all backers of all levels. The PDF goes out mid-week via Backerkit. The physical books will follow in a couple weeks when they arrive. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience but we are committed to delivering this book as we expect it to be. We are also distributing an errata sheet(s) to add to your physical copy until the revised book is sent.
International Shipping: While we did get through a substantial number of international pledges, we stopped short when we decided to re-issue the Dungeon Guide. We will contact you individually to update that status. Again, we apologize for the delay.
We have also begun distributing an additional adventure module in PDF form to all backers. This module was part of our numbering error early on. In renumbering our adventure modules for BX, The Screaming Temple and Eruptor’s Vengeance were mixed. The Screaming Temple was included in all orders but was sometimes misnamed as Eruptor’s Vengeance. Therefore, everyone received Felhorde - Eruptor’s Vengeance in PDF form in addition.
Cleric Level: Your additional Player’s Guide books have been sent directly from our printer; you should see them very soon based on your location from our printer. These books were sent via media mail so a bit slow.

Happy New Year from all of us at Pacesetter!
As of right now, we are through about 90% of all shipping for physical shipping. We are basically working through the last international shipments. Our local post office is very stringent on customs forms so it’s a bit of a slow process. We expect to be complete with the remaining shipments in the next week.
Character Sheets and Dungeon Generator: These were inadvertently omitted from the sets. We will send them separately in the next couple weeks. Also, it appears the clerical undead turning chart is missing. We have a couple fix ideas for that and will finalize this shortly.
Missing Items: If you are missing any physical reward, please use the following address to notify us and we will get this corrected. While we do read all comments and messages, please use the email contact for this issue. This will make the process quick and accurate. We will reply directly to your email with correction information so there is clarity. We cannot do this through comment posts as it is clearly impossible to keep a clear track and record.
Cleric Level: your rewards were sent in two packages. We decided to add the full thief level physical rewards (way back during the campaign). Therefore, we shipped a complete thief level package and a separate package with the additional Player Guides. These may have shipped on different intervals so they probably will not arrive at same time. Could be week or more separation due to media mail.
We want to again thank everyone for their support and patience. Also, we are sincerely appreciative for the kind words and messages! You guys are great!
Lastly, we are out of town for a few days for the holidays (and college move in). We will continue to answer questions as we can! Thanks all!!!!!

The books are in! We are beginning plugging away at shipping. There is a couple hundred boxed sets, so it will take us a couple days to move through all of them. However, they will all be shipped before Christmas Day, so you will get them before the new year! Thank you very much for the patience with the delays. We certainly did not intend to get behind, but we do believe we have created something you will all enjoy. We will notify when we are completely done with shipping, which, again, will be by the end of this next week!

Last PDFs Uploaded to BackerKit!

Some good news. The last of the PDFs were uploaded to BackerKit over the weekend, including the Dungeon Guide. If you have not been notified by BackerKit (they send email blasts), just go your account and download from there.
As we close in on shipping the physical rewards of the project, I want to go through and define exactly what each pledge level is receiving.
Gnome – PDF copies of the following: BX Player’s Guide, BX Dungeon Guide, BX1 The Screaming Temple, BX2 The Haunted Tower, BX3 The Temple of Mercy, and BX12 Fog of War. These are complete and all available via BackerKit. Our sincere thanks for supporting the project. All or most of you should have received applicable add-on PDFs; in the event some are missing check back as we go through this week to double check all the add-ons. We can also send those manually.
Fighter / Magic-User - Physical copy of the either the Player's Guide or Dungeon Guide plus PDF download. We also added the BX1-3 modules in PDF form.
Elf – Print and PDF copies of the following: BX Player’s Guide, BX Dungeon Guide, BX1 The Screaming Temple, and Character Sheets. PDF copies of BX2 The Haunted Tower, BX3 The Temple of Mercy, and BX12 Fog of War. All base PDFs sent. We have started sending add-on PDFs and will complete these this week. Physical Books and add-ons will be shipping in next 10 days - we are hoping sooner. See below.

I am going to my printer on Tuesday to approve the Dungeon Guide proof and then it goes into full production. Again, they are working with me to get this fast-tracked as best they can. It was my fault this schedule was broken and that is on me. Again, my sincere apologies for the missteps and extended deadlines. This was never our intention; in fact, we are extremely focused on this and want nothing more than to get these sets in your hands.
At some point near the end of the week, prepping for shipping, we will pick up the completed books (modules, Player's Guide) from our printer's storage and get them set for packaging in the boxed sets. With more than 200 sets going out, we will begin the staging so that when the Dungeon Guide is complete, it is the last book to drop in the box. We are committed to getting you this as soon as possible.
I want to thank all you who have patiently stood by and supported us through these delays and we are grateful for you support throughout. Another update will go out later this week as the delivery date of the Dungeon Guide is solidified.
